Rob and Jaylon came this afternoon to take care of some issues that we had with our heat pump. They arrived early which was great! They were both very professional and courteous and got the job done without any issues! I really like this company and plan to continue using them ! Highly recommend them! Braylon came this morning and he was quick and efficient! He gave me the news and explained things very thoroughly and had a quote in no time at all! Again, a great company to deal with!

This was my 2nd time using UBA and both times I used UBA through my home warranty company. This time I was so distraught because my a/c was out and after requesting a tech I contacted UBA directly to see if they had an earlier date for the technician to come out. The customer service rep was very friendly and helpful and tried her best to get me a sooner date but couldn’t. When the tech did arrive on his scheduled date he called prior to arrival, was very courteous and professional. My issue was resolved fully! No complaints here.

I had an amazing experience with UBA Heating and Cooling. The workers were so friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. When they came to fix my AC, they were right on time, which was a huge relief because it was during the freeze warning in February. They wasted no time and got straight to work, despite the ice warnings for the roads. I was back to enjoying nice warm air in no time! I can’t recommend them enough.

UBA was able to come out within hours of me making initial contact with them. They gave me an unheard of ONE HOUR window of arrival. Despite calling to tell me they were running late, they were still at my house within the original one hour window. Our technician, Myrio, was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They came in and troubleshot the issue; went to get parts to make the repair; and were on their merry way within a couple hours. This was hands down my best experience with a HVAC company. I highly recommend them.
